My 2004 trailblazer speedometer stays at 50 when parked and when driving at 50, the speedometer says 110. how can i fix this?

This is a known issue. I believe gm had a recall on these a while back. It wouldn't hurt to check with your local dealer to see if there is something can do do. Most likely not. What you can do is pull the cluster and send it out for repair. Check around in your as to see if there is a speedo shop that can do this. Otherwise your local dealer or garage will be able to get you some info on where it needs to go to get fixed. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

I have a 2007 Ford Explorer with a speedometer error

Changing tires to another size than what was originally sent on the vehicle can change the accuratcy of the speedometer. To fix this requires changing the gear where the speedometer enters the transmission. The gears you change are probably a dealer item and they could tell you which one you need.

06 silverado blower fan won`t shut off finally killed battery

The connection at the blower resistor on these model years had problems with poor connections.
The increased resistance on the terminals caused them to heat up and burn. Some would go open circuit and not work at all and some would short to ground and run all the time, like yours.
As you have already discovered, you will need to replace the pieces.

Toyota tacoma speedometer, odometer, tachometer not working

It is definitely the speed sensor assembly which hangs outside the transmission underneath the truck. Usually runs a little over $110
