1995 caprice 5.7 v8 lt1 water squrting out off the back top left side off block where can i find a complete diagram of this cooling system

A good source is an autoparts store to get a repair manual for your model car. This would give you a lot of infomation [ proper tightening and prep ] you will need to make the repairs needed. These aren't costly = $15 - $25.
It sounds like the intake manifold gasket may be the problem, it's common on these motors.

One of the pulleys that the serpentine belt goes over has broken off. I think it may be the water pump but not sure. belt is loose. can I bypass that and use a smaller belt or is some sort of repair...

You should fix the broken pulley especially if it is the water pump. If it is in fact the water pump and you bypass it, your engine will overheat and you could cause serioius damage up to needing a replacement engine.

Water Pump Location/Issues '87 Accord

Location: left-upper area of block, front

To replace water pump:
1) remove timing belt
2) remove thermostat housing and water pump inlet pipe
3) remove alternator bracket
4) remove water pump and O ring

Pump bushings could be going out if the technician is not properly setting belt tension.

Vibration could be either severe engine miss or, most likely, you should check all engine and transmission mounts for broken rubber.

Looking 4 picture of oil pump area haveing

The library is the best place to get the information your looking for. check out a chiltons/moter or mitchells repair manual, any of these will have all
the infomation and diagrams you need. And if they
have them on disc you can print the pages you need.
But I would get a second opinion from a mechanical
oil pressure gauge, before I took on an oil pump job.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

There is a leak in the bypass hose spout behind the

I have a perminent better solution to this problem. The broken part is out there however, its on "back order". The fix that I have done is to remove the water pump and "punch" out the broken piece from above. Then use a 3/8" pipe thread tap and put threads in that hole. Go to your nearest auto parts house and purchase a "heater hose nipple". Then, with a deep well socket and a long extention, thread the nipple in. Install the hose and clamp it at both ends. You can tap that hole because its cast aluminum.
