SOURCE: 1995 Toyota Corolla Door Handle
It's advanced. Briefly, you'll have to take the door panel off, and then disconnect the door handle linkages, and then unbolt the door handle from the inside. You'll have to manuver around the window and window regulator and wires and swtiches. And that's after you successfully remove the door panel itself, which in itself can be quite trickly without advance tools. At this time you **** your new door handle (hopefully it's paint matched) and hook everything back up. If you'd like to tackle it, you could get more detailed info.

If you've already pulled dash apart, check actual blower motor with direct current from battery before reinstalling everything. If dash is still intact, you may be able to rule out actual blower motor failure by again applying direct power from battery (short burst will suffice) - this will require getting right down under the dash with a flashlight & wires.
Also check blower switch for power (some equipped with resistors that can blow) at all settings with a simple volt/amp meter.

you may have to disconnect the battery for a minute or so ,this will reset the alarm. check your remote it does have a battery in it. otherwise you have to look for a fuse somewhere under the dash close to the fuse box.each one is diff. depending if it original toyota or aftermarket alarm.

Opaque lens should "pop" and access to festoon bulb (usually 10w) . If other functions are down ie; time clock, radio ,, it might be a blown fuse. The bulb is a specific lenght and should be replaced with equivelant. . Good luck
