Where is the oil pressure sensor of vw golf 1999

The sensors are usually found on the oil filter flange housing with the oil cooler. Also there are two dynamic sensors to measure pressure below 2000 rpm and above 2000 rpm so it could warn you of pressure loss within those two ranges.

How and where you change automatic oil on

Its not as hard as people make you think. The car needs to be level. Its under the car in the middle. The easiest way is to check out you tube for the VW transmission oil change. Use this, just copy and paste. http://youtu.be/zuCNZhwIne0

Oil pressure low

DON'T DRIVE ANOTHER MILE !!!! The 1.8 is known for a sludge buildup in the engine. This is the exact symptem that shows its head. The car HAS to be TOWED to a garage before you cause any further damage. Do a google search, "vw 1.8 sludge", and see what comes up...

How do i change the timing belt on a 2001 volkswagen golf petrol

If you've not done this before, I highly recommend purchasing an after-market DIY service manual which will guide you in such service. Improperly installed timing belts can destroy your engine when the key is turned the first time after replacement. This can happen in any 'interference' type engine and can cause the pistons to hit the valves if they are in the wrong position.
I prefer Haynes manuals and the one for your car can be seen here:

VW Golf 2001, V4 Oil tank is empty approxi after 2000 miles

Because your car is consuming so much oil, you need to check the level often, so the level won't go down more than one quart. You will get an idea how long you can drive the car before it is down one quart, and should keep the level at the full mark. You should change the oil filter, as it is still collecting contaminants.
Have you checked the spark plugs condition? It seems the oil consumption will result in the plugs being fouled soon . Keep that oil level up, or the result will be a seized engine. Also, I'm guessing the tail pipe shows black residue, another sign of high oil consumption. This is probably why someone sold this car, they didn't want to deal with an expensive repair of an engine rebuild. You are correct, an oil change should be done every 3k miles.

Idling speed vw golf petrol 1.4 2001

That sounds about right, the idle speed may not even be manually settable due to emissions regulations.
I know for sure you can't adjust the idle mixture anymore; that is determined by sensors and the on-board computer.
There may still be adjustments on some cars but they are often sealed with lead to avoid tinkering.
