Interior lights work, tail lights and fog lights work but no head lights hi or low checked fuses all OK. 1993 Chevy p/u 1500 Manuel 5spd how would i know ifs it's the head lamps or they need to be...

quickest way is to use a test light at the plug connector at the headlight and check for ground and power to the connector.if you have both then the headlights need replacing.you could also grab a good light and plug to the connector and turn on the lights and if it lights then again the headlights need replacing.if you have no grounds or power at the connector then the ground side will need repair.if you have no power then you could have a bad headlight switch on the headlight circuit of the switch and it will need replacing.

Replacing headlights I have a blown low beam

to replace the headlights themselves, no. under the hood, find the headlight. where it connects to the headlight lamp, it should simply twist off and pull out. Then you must unclip the clip holding the light on. It sounds sort of confusing, but it's really easy! Let me know if you need a bit more clarification.

1997 Cevrolet blazer, dim headlights even after replacing. fuse box cannot be found.

A dim headlight after replacing would indicate a bad ground on that side. Check the black wire running from the headlight and try following it back to where it grounds. Or you can run a ground wire direct to the headlight and make sure you ground it to bare metal, or the negative post on the battery.

Replacing my headlight bulb in my kia amanit 2004

  1. Open the hood of your KIA Amanti and look behind the headlight that has gone out. Locate the round knob on the back of the headlight.
  2. Turn the knob counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn and gently remove it from the back of the headlight. Carefully remove the electrical cable within the headlight housing that is attached to the back of the headlight bulb.
  3. Locate the metal clip that holds the light bulb in place by pushing the clip arm straight in and sliding it down. Remove the bulb from the headlight housing.
  4. Replace the old headlight bulb with new bulb. Secure it by sliding the metal clip up to hold the bulb in place. Reattach the electrical cable and replace the round knob to the back of the headlight housing.
  5. Turn on the headlights to verify that they are in working order.

HOW TO REPLACE A HEADLIGHT BULB ON A TOYOTA PREVIA 2.0D T3

Replacing a headlight bulb for Toyota Previa. Quite simple. Open the hood. Look for the black plastic coupling or ring on the backside of the headlight. Grasp and turn counterclockwise (i believe it will be about a quarter turn). pull the socket out, then replace the bulb. I believe it is code #9004. Strongly recommend replacing both headlights at the same time.

Good luck

I have a 97 jeep wrangler. the headlights wont turn on. all other light work fine. the fuse is also fine

Try a couple things if you haven't tried already.

First try replacing the bulbs (sometimes the most obvious answer is the right one, and not meant to offend you).

Then, try replacing the headlight relay (found in the fuse box and looks like a small black cube that plugs in similar to a fuse with some extra prongs).

Then, try replacing the headlight switch.

Finally, while inspecting the headlight switch, make sure the wires are connected and not broken, worn out, or corroded. Same thing with the wires connecting the headlights.

Let me know if this helped you out.
