The rotors have to be knocked off with a hammer. IF you are going to have them turned and reuse them you will need to put a piece of wood on the back of it so the hammer doesnt damage the rotor. There may also be some lock washers on the lugs that usually have to be cut off.

Problems with breaks

The caliper is bolted on by sliding pins that allow the caliper to adjust itself. I would assume the sliding pins are stuck. The bolts slide inside the carrier that holds the calipers.
