Easiest way is to unhook the battery for more than 15 minutes. This will reset the computer, and clear out any residual memory that it may retain. Keep in mind that when you start it up again, it could act a little different than normal at first, because it needs to reprogram itsself.

You may disconnect the battery for a few minutes, but the correct way is to clear it with a scanner. Of course, resetting the light without the proper repairs, its just going to come back on, after the computer runs the tests and it fails.

Check engine Code 403 for 2000 Caravan

Did you reset the system and the light still comes on? If so you have a possible wiring problem or a plugged EGR passage maybe. You need a scanner to check these things so if you don't have that you are stuck here and need the dealer or a good shop with correct kit to look into this.

Obc code P1491. REPLACED THE RELAY (RY 330 )riveted on the body under the driver headlamp, code didnt dissapear and engine light still on. The car is a 2000 Grand Caravan with 3 liter engine.

Just replacing the relay will not reset the code. You need to reset the code in your computer. If you disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes it should reset.

Engine service light stays on after servicing

I am going to assume that you do not mean the Check engine light that would trip DTC's.

To reset the service light turn the ignition to the on position (without starting the motor) and push the brake pedal three times within 5 seconds. Light should turn off. This is the procedure for 1999 Caravans and I suspect the 2000 is the same.

The check engine light on means there is a code stored in the ECM. You will have to have the OBD II system scanned and cleared. The other problem is probably just a blown fuse. If you need more help get back to me.
