I have 95 and 97 '850s and both of them have the drivers-side wiper problem. One fix is to but 1/2 of a washer under the arm when it is tightened down. This will tilt the arm and correct the problem. The other is to gently bend down the aluminum arm when the wiper is stopped at the fully left position. (turn off the key when wiper at that position)

Have you checked the wiper "arm"? Possible that the spring in it has become weak, making it not fully press the wiper blade against windshield.

I moved my windsheild wiper arms to remove the snow. now the driver side windsheild wiper keeps going off the wind sheild

Where is the blade when switch is off? Some of the GM cars in the 2000 years had problems with the post where the wiper arm attaches. The post will strip the groves when trying to move heavy snow. You will have to remove the arm, and reinstall it when the wiper switch is off.

Is the small tank below the battery on the driver's side on a 95 Chevy Corsica, the windsheild wiper motor? If not what is that tank?

If you meant to say Winshield Washer Pump and Reservoir, then I would say yes. If you REALLY meant to say "windshield wiper motor", then I would have to say...Not even close!

I have a 2008 impala and need to change the cabin air filter. However, I don't know how to remove the clips to remove the plastic under the wipers.

1. Put windsheild wipers in up position.
2. Remove the weather stripping from the passenger side cowl.
3.Unclip the wiper fliud hose.
4.Unscrew and remove fitting on sides of cowl.
5.Remove center screw cap
6.Take out the cowl cover. You may need to use a flat head screw driver to help it along.

Wipers on my 95' voyager won't shut off

Lift your hood, look under wipers area on driver side & you should see a wiring connection there, with wires going up under & into wiper motor area below windsheild. Disconnect there, should stop them for now, until yu decide what your going to do about it. Pull it apart when wipers are down out of the way.
