The rear bearing is a complete unit held on by a single centre nut. Remove the hub, press out the old bearing, refit the new one. This is a safety critical item and require trained knowledge and workshop tools. A new nut is required for restaking when correctly torqued up.

I have a focus lx 2000. One of my rear drum brakes,'s bearings went. I got a scrapyard full drum unit, but it doesn't have ABS. Can I take sensor ring out of existing bearing unit and put it

Maybe, but the bearings are also removable. You could just swap out the bearings and continue to use your hub if there is nothing wrong with your hub and drum.

Removing rear wheel bearings

buy a new drum with the bearing already installed. Otherwise you will need to have the bearing pressed out and back in.

Exacly how to remove rear brake drums ? 2001 Ford Focus SE. I don't want to remove the hub & spindle. I simply want to replace the drums & Brake shoes.

The drum and hub are one assembly on that vehicle so you will need to remove the dust cap in the center of the drum and remove the large axle nut. The drum/hub/bearing assembly will then pull off of the spindle.

If you want to replace the drum you will either have to find one with a bearing already installed, Have your old bearing pressed out of the old drum and pressed into the new drum, or have new bearings pressed into the new drum.

When installing the new drum it is very important to tighten the axle nut to the proper spec. I can get that spec for you if you need it.

How do you take out the rear drums out of a 2002 ford focus zx3 i took out the four nuts in the middle of drum and still didnt come out

You may have to loosen the brake shoes. And also "bang" on the drum with a small sledge hammer. Generally the will be rusted on and may require a good amount of force.

How to replace wheel bearings on a 2003 ford focus thier seams to be two different typs for the rear

If you have rear drums on your focus then chances are you just need to remove the dust shield (metal cap covering nut) and remove the 30mm nut on the end of the knuckle. at that point you may as well just replace the drums (they come with new bearings).
New drums are cheap 20-50 bux. If for whatever reason you want to just replace bearings make sure you remove the snap ring on the inner side of the drum...
