Question about 2006 Dodge Magnum

1 Answer

The left turn signal doesn't work on my 2006 Dodge magnum. I was able to find that there is no power coming to the clip together sockets that are outside the tailight assembly. Before I start tracing back to where the power originates from, is possible the flasher unit is bad since it blinks fast when I put on the left signal and normal when for right signal. If the answer is yes, where is located because it's not under the drivers dash where I last change one decades ago. Thanks.

It blinks fast because one bulb isnt blinking, those sockets go bad alot, unplug socket and check from plug and wire behind the plug, test socket ,plug, and wire going into plug that plugs into socket, try this first.good luck.

2002 dodge durango left turn signal works right turn signal does not

have you checked the bulbs front and back. to see if they work, bulb check. then it sounds like you might have a bad signal flasher that only works the left side and not the right side. or if a bulb at the front or the rear gets bright but not the opposite bulb on the same side then you may just have a bad bulb or socket or power to the socket when doing the bulb check.

Left rear turn signal on dodge ram 1500 won't work. bulb replacement didn't help.

Just had a similar question last week, and the solution was a bad socket/bulb holder.
You might try and see if there is current in the brake light wire leading to the bulb holder.
I have used a jumper wire and a safety pin to test the wire behind the socket.
I pierced the plastic insulation of the brake light wire with the point of the safety pin, and either use a tester or even a good working bulb and a good ground wire.
Be blessed.

2005 Dodge Magnum RT. Left turn signal in rear, flashes fast rear bulb replaced but blinker still blinks fast occassionally and rear turn signal light socket has no voltage when this happens. Where is the...

When its blinking fast look at both front and rear to verify which bulb isnt flashing. If the right works OK, then the flasher is OK. The flasher is INSIDE the front control module/integrated power module. If you cant find the problem, you may need a dealer to check it.

The controls on the column of my 2006 dodge magnum do not work, turn signals, radio controls on the sterring wheel, horn, etc

Everything going put at once? I would look for a connector that came loose under the dash because in my mind the only other common point that could cause this would be very expensive, the ECM itself.

I have a 2006 dodge magnum and the windshield wipers stopped working about a year ago. i have changed the fuse and still no response. shouldnt this be a recall?

It is only a recall when the problem has consistently been a problem across all magnums, or all dodge vehicle that have the same wiper motor. Generally unless there is a huge problem and there is a large outcry for replacement, companies do not recall items unless they post a safety hazard. Check with your dodge dealer and they should be able to tell you about any available recalls based on your vehicles vin number. Other than that it sounds like you need to purchase a new windshield wiper motor.
