Question about 1993 Buick Roadmaster

Low coolant light but coolant level is fine. Car

I have a 1993 Buick roadmaster. When I first turn it on, the coolant light flashes on a couple of times and then goes off. Temp is fine, fluide level is fine but when I turn the engine off, it makes a gulping noise for a few minutes. No leakes. Any ideas?

This is probably normal, when cold, reservoir should have less coolant than warm, when engine cools it pulls coolant back into radiator and motor

There are a couple of tests to get to the bottom of this issue, pressure test the cooling system, first. This should show the issue, look around with lots of light and a mirror....

MY OIL PRESSURE IS VERY LOW AND I HARDLY HAVE ANY POWER IN MY 1993 BUICK ROADMASTER . IT ACTS LIKE IT WANTS TO SHUT OFF AT ANY TIME WHEN I AM DRIVING

Low piston compression. Your car is old and the engine is probably just worn out. Also could be bad plugs and/or wires (needs a tune-up). Also engine oil level could be too low.

A./C. doesn't work even with a jumper wire on the low pressure sw

Howdy,
If your AC system is low on Freon, the system goes into a no run mode. If you disconnect your battery for a few minuets the computer resets itself. Then the Freon level can be checked by a friendly shop. Might find it low. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to have someone with a scantool check the sensors. I've had coolant temp sensors read -43F which tells the computer to dump more gas essentially flooding the engine.

HVAC performs normally until the car begins to move forward

Not roadmaster but should be quite similar, if not same. (schematics) just in case this helps.
