Three things is might be:
1) Disconnect your battery for 20 minutes, reconnect and see if it fixed it.
2) Replace the battery in your key
3) If you have an aftermarket stereo with a remote wire that powers up your external amplifier then try unplugging the power to your amp to see if that is the cause.
