I have a 95 Voyager with warm air at best when heat is cranked up. Changed the thermostat, heater control valve and flushed everything. What else could it be?

Climate Control A/C Heat Defrost Mode Actuator

this part has many names blend door actuator etc. It is car and car option "Climate Control" feature specific and located under the dash.

Before replacing confirm that the inlet and outlet heater hoses are both to hot to hold. The hoses connect at the fire wall on the van and if the return is not hot with setting to full heat than there is a restriction in the coolant path through the heater core.

The heater door actuator is the most likely culprit. If the air is bi passing the heater core it will be at best warm. Raising and lowering the temperature setting the movement of the door can be heard.

Hope this helps?

Trunk will not close all the way down on my 1992 buick riveria

These units have a trunk actuator pull down motor that after you close the trunk the actuator pulls the trunk lid down to the closed position,These units failed quite often 90 % of the time the only problem was the $20.00 switch that's sits on to of the actuator, not the $300.00 actuator assembly. this part is easy to replace it has only one screw holding it, and the switch sits right on to of the actuator.

Location of fan blower relay

On most GMs, the fan relay is inside of the fan housing. It uses the fan to keep it cool, because the resistors generate a lot of heat. These resistors go bad usually one at a time until all you have left is high speed. You have to remove the fan and there it is! It is a big pain to be upside down, but with a light and a mirror, you can see it easily.

Water pump leaking

Instructions for this are too long to write, though it's pretty much a "remove stuff, then put it back together" operation. Location & removal varies from engine to engine... I strongly suggest that if you don't have mechanical experience, get a repair manual and follow the instructions. Remember to change thermostat and unless your coolant is fresh &clean, add new when completing repair. The price on most new pumps is fairly close in most cases to that of a rebuild... Consider using new as failure rates on these are much lower, right out of the box!!!
Good luck
