Question about 1995 Plymouth Neon
There are three things you need for an engine to run. 1. You have to have ignition(spark) 2. you have to have fuel. 3. you have to have a mechanically sound engine.
Ignition failure could be a number of things including the computer.
Fuel could be the pump, or again the computer
Mechanically, you may want to check the timing belt.
