If its standard check that the clutch relay is good. check battery voltage and connections first then check for voltage at the stater.try the starter manually with the key on and jump the terminals on the starter with a screwdriver it should turnover

Why will it crank but won`t turn over?

Have you checked for correct fuel pressure? Most parts stores have a loan-a-tool fuel pressure gauge kit, and if you remove the plastic engine cover you will find a fuel rail port to attach the tester. Just because you replaced with new pump, don't assume it is good. Many cheap aftermarket pumps are noisy and fail often.

If pressure is good, insure you have spark to the plugs.

My Chrysler 300 won't start. Problem is not battery or fuses. Not getting 12 volts to 5 amp fuse (fuse is good) for control voltage to starter relay. Applied 12 volts to fuse socket with ignition s

PLease, check if the check engine light lit up when you turn the switch, if it doesn't lit up, your EMC (computer) is not getting any electricity. And that could be the reason that you the fuses are OK but it won't start.

Crown vic 2000 wont crank ? battery, alternator, starter, starter relay all good ?

The problem is in the wiring harness, yes the battery and starter is good, the harness you repaired is the PRNDL. for the starter to start it need a path when the vehicle is Park or Nuetral, there the path is closed some how by Park and Nuetral the path is open.Thats why there is a no start.when in park or nuetral the path is closed.

#1 Try starting the car in Neutral, if no start replace the Park and Neutral safty switch. #2 Check for a faulty starter solenoid. #3 Check for a faulty stsrter motor. #4 Check for a faulty ignition switch. #5 Check for faulty starter Relays.#6 Check the Transmission Range sensor it could be out of adjustment or defective. #7 On 1998 and later models, the power relay is in the power distribution box in the engine compartment. Check for bad grounds, start with the starter ground. Do you even get a click when trying to start? If not then the starter is getting no power and check your hot lead to the starter also. Make sure the battery terminals are cleaned well.

2000 Ford Ranger 50 amp fuse burns out

Try disconnecting your alternator temporarily. It may have a shorted diode but that would also normally drain the battery too unless it charges over a relay.
The starter relay can't cause this alone and the currents through the ignition switch mostly control relays. If removing the alternator cable didn't work, I would remove the starter (only a few bolts) after disconnecting the ground cable from your battery and try turning it by hand. It should be stiff but not impossible and if it refuses to turn, it may have a short from the field to the case.  It isn't really possible to use a multimeter to check the starter's windings because they are very low resistance when normal (the beast draws 120-200 amps to start) and would look like shorts on a standard meter anyhow.
