The turn signal flasher on a 2014 Kia Sportage is typically located in the vehicle's fuse box. The exact location of the flasher will depend on the specific make and model of your Sportage, but it is generally located near the steering column or under the dashboard.
Here are the steps to locate the turn signal flasher:
Locate the fuse box: The fuse box in a Kia Sportage is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle.
Identify the flasher: Once you have located the fuse box, look for the turn signal flasher, which is typically a small, rectangular box with two or three wires connected to it.
Test the flasher: Once you have found the flasher, you can test it by turning on the hazard lights and checking to see if the flasher is clicking. If it is not clicking, the flasher may be faulty and will need to be replaced.

Look in the fuse panel and the turn signal flasher is the big round most likely yellow or silver in the corner of fuse panel. The emergency flasher is in the back side of fuse panel right directly behind the turn signal flasher.
Remove the emergency flasher and install it in place of the turn signal flasher and see if this corrects the problem and if so get a new flasher. If this does not correct it problem will most likely be the multi-function switch.
