Remove plastic cover underneath steering column then take off the two bolts on a u-shaped clamp that holds the steering column up and let if fall easily to the seat now you should have a lot more room to get you hand back in there.

If any lights come on the dash that can be adjusted by the dimmer switch then it may not be the fuse. and replacing would be the next option.

2004 chevy tahoe instrument cluster (parking brake & abs lights don't come on at all. There are no codes either. Are there specific fuses associated with these bulbs in the instrument cluster?

Hello the Chevy and the GMC are bad for the resistors breaking of the dash easy fix, but they are also bad for the pin bulbs burning out. So if you know anyone that can solder this is a cheap fix can get the bulbs on ebay but personally find someone that can do a good job and go with led bulbs they will last longer and better, but with all the issues i see you may want to look into a new cluster

Hey on my 2008 chevy impala my my speedometer light doesn't glow at night. All of the gauges around it does but it doesn't. We checked and replaced fuses but it still does not glow any advice.

It is most likely the bulb behind the instrument cluster specifically for the speedometer are. You must remove the cluster and replace the bulb. If there is no bulb then you will need to replace the cluster. I would call the dealer prior to determine if they sell a bulb for your cluster.
