Wont start after refueling

Hesitates after refueling, have someone check the FPR, Fuel Pump and Filter.
If you have junk in the tank, it will circulate when you add fuel to the system.

2002 suburban 2500 hesitation backfires intermintly

Check for error codes (DTCs) before going any further. Sounds like a fuel problem (fuel pump, injectors, etc.) which may have been affected by bad gas. Try a good fuel additive (cleaner) as well.

Hesitates on acceleration

Does the car always hesitate during acceleration? If it ALWAYS struggles when it starts or ALWAYS hesitates on acceleration then I would say the issue is fuel delivery. If the problems are more intermittent and come-and-go then it could be an electrical issue.

I would start by changing the fuel filter. Changing plugs, wires, cap, and rotor are all good things to do as your budget will allow. I doubt you will have to change your injectors.

If you end up replacing any rubber fuel line, be sure to use the high-pressure stuff made for use on fuel injected cars.

I hope this helps! -Nick

Loosing power 1&2 start dies when apply gas

Hesitation can be caused by the spark dropping out. This could be related to a faulty distributor. Try installing an in-line spark tester (can buy at any auto parts store for a few bucks) and see if the spark drops out when you rev the motor up and it begins to hesitate. If so, it is likely the distributor has gone bad.
