My 2001 Lincoln towncar keeps over heating when the ac is on. Please I need help on this issue

Since the engine doesn't overheat normally, we will assume that the the cooling fans work correctly. That said, if there is a partial blockage of the radiator core, the additional heat generated from the A/C coil in front of the radiator may be causing the radiator to be unable to cool down the coolant sufficiently. Also, check the coolant mixture to ensure it is good enough for the summer season. Weak anti-freeze can cause boil-overs. Ensure that the radiator fins are clear of debris and that the radiator fan(s) work in all speeds (if they have more than one). Lastly, if there is supposed to be a shroud around the cooling fans to provide better pulling action thru the radiator, make sure it is in place and properly secured.

My car overheats when the heat or ac is on My car is a 1992 Lincoln Towncar

Very unusual for it to overheat with the heater on. Running hot with the ac on is often a sign of a faulty radiator fan.

No heat in a 1996 towncar

after checking coolant level, thermostat operation and if heater hoses feel hot(be careful not to burn your hand) the temperature blend door is probably at fault. It directs the air from the fan blower motor either across your heater core or A/C evaporator, giving you either hot or cold air. Most cases the dash has to come out to replace this $80 electronic motor. Good luck, Mr.P

Blower fan not working for heat and AC. THis is on a 2000 Lincoln towncar

This sounds like a BSC blower speed controller. it is located outside on the a/c case just below the heater hoses. to diagnose just wiggle the connector with the key on engine off, you should hear the fan come on, then replace it.
