Question about 1992 Ford Explorer
Mine does the same thing but i fixed it there is a small fuse box under your hood on the passenger side by the air filter box... take off the top and you will see a few very large fuses take out the dark colored one.. its the first one and put it back in and put the top on you could get a new one if you want... make sure the top is on SNUGG

Clicks mean low voltage.you have a bad connection someplace.
