Since you already replaced the fuel pump but still not starting, then you need to check the following:

1. Starter
2. Alternator
3. Check the firing order or the pickup
4. Try to change the oil - It is most likely fuel saturated from cranking the engine over and not starting.
Also, remove the dist. cap and crank the engine over...does the rotor turn? If not, I would suggest that you check your timing chain.
Next recheck fuel pressure at the schrader valve(located on the fuel rail)... Just because you hear the pump running doesn't mean that it is pumping the correct amount of fuel or pumping at all.

Hope these helps and have a great day!

I have dodge ram 1500 v8 model 2002 no start can you help me

If the spark is getting right.Get the fuel system checked. Its quite possible that fuel pressure is low or fuel pump not starting up right.

It can be the issue with weak battery or faulty battery or if battery is ok,then its faulty starter causing the issue.

Does a 1997 dodge 1500 have a inline fuel filter?

Its already in the fuel pump module.Sounds like you might have a security system problem with the ignition switch. If you have a newer key try it.

Cranks wont start, 98 Durango

check to see if getting fuel or if you smell gas when cranking if you smell gas you probably have a spark problem which will probably be a coil and or a pickup coil in your distributor replace coil and then distributor. If you are not getting gas most likely fuel pump in tank see if it will fire on starting fluid then replace fuel pump good luck

Fuel pump wont stay on wont start replace the

The pump is not supposed to stay on, you should only hear it for a second or two when the ignition is turned on. At least you know the pump is working. There must be a problem in the ignition system, like no spark, do to a bad coil, ignition module, without testing it's hard to say.

1998 Dodge 1500 Pickup out of time spark

I would begin by checking 2 things. You can loosen the gas line that to the engine and turn the key on and see if the fuel pump is pumping gas to the engine. If it does, I would remove a spark plug wire and check to see if you have any fire to the spark plugs. If it has fuel and fire. I would check my timing.

1996 ram 1500 pickup stalled 5 minutes after i left driveway while driving and won't restart. Truck would never start if I hit the gas, but start every time if i don't. check engine light has been on and...

one possible problem is the fuel pump, you see, on this year model the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator is all in the tank. try this, if the truck wont start, leave the key on and pop the hood and look on the fuel rail for the fuel port and push it in, just like if you would if you were letting the air out of the tires, and see if you are getting fuel. another thing to check is the ASD relay in the power distribution box.
