Had a similar problem not long ago, turns out it needed an extra ground cable attached to the quqrter panel and engine.sometimes ground points go bad mainly by corrosion and will be hidden from view.

Before you start self repairing, you really should by a manual with proper diagrams to prevent heading in wrong directions.
The PCM doesnt control injector POWER. It controls injector GROUND. The POWER comes from the ignition switch and goes thru a fuse in teh fusebox probably marked ECM1 or ECMa. If you have power at both sides of that fuse with the ignition key in the ON position, then you have a broken wire between the fuse and the TBI. If you have no power to that fuse, you may have a broken wire, blown fuse, or defective ignition switch.

My 04 Silverado randomly dies while driving but starts back up, noticed the ignition 1 relay is hot to the touch when this happens changed relay with new one and I still have the problem.

It stalls an fire's right up or do you have wait any time ? What does the socket the relay plugs into look like ? Burnt at all ? High resistance causes heat ! Corrosion , loose fitting connections are resistance . The Ignition 1 relay powers up the PCM , fuel injectors an someother thing's . You could have shorted injectors , a problem with the PCM .Does the check engine light come on when you turn on the vehicle ? What engine is in it ? Do you know how to test resistance with a ohm meter ? test the injectors . There are videos on youtube showing how too. Test the power an grounds to the PCM - engine computer . Here is a web site for free wiring diagrams . Enter the vehicle info , year , make , model , engine size . Under system click on electrical distribution , then under subsystem click power distribution . Click search button ,then click on the blue links one at a time . Scroll down till you see IGN 1 relay an what it powers up .

Tbi fuel shuts off when the light are turned on?

Sounds like a ground or high resistance problem . You have to look at a wiring an check to see if the headlamps an the PCM/ECM share a common ground circuit .Go to free wiring diagrams ! Then go on youtube an watch videos on voltage drop testing , basic automotive electrical trouble shooting , how to read a wiring diagram . The get yourself a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter an then test the circuits involved . The PCM/ECM control the TBI injector . Also check the battery an cable connections .

1987 blazer dies when i turn

I'm assuming the check engine light is not on. You'll have to figure out if it is fuel or ignition to proceed.
Any chance its a wiring problem and something is getting pinched or pulled when you turn ?

check fuel pressure TBI injection fuel pressure should be 9 - 13 psi.make sure fuel pressure above 10 psi because throttle body need at least 10 psi. in order to work right.if all is good check see if PCM firing the fuel injectors.go to auto parts store buy noid use noid light you have to disconnect fuel injector electrical connector then plug noid light into fuel injector connector.crank engine watch noid light should blink meaning PCM is firing fuel injectors if noid light steady not blinking PCM not working.if noid light dont light up you have open circuit in the fuel injectors wiring.if check engine light flashing have vechicle code scan.bad tps sensor will also cause problem you are having.

No power to fuel injectors

Determin if the injector operating:
  1. disconnect the injector electrical connector and measure the resistance of each injector with an ohmmeter. Compare the measurement with the resistance value Specifications are 11 to 18 ohms.
  2. Replace any injector whose resistance value does not fall within the specifications.
If the injector was not operating but the resistance reading was within specifications, the PCM Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or the circuit to the injector may be faulty.

Check the ignition fuse located in the engine compartment fuse center. Also. check the fuel pump relay.
Note: The fuel pump relay is located behind the radio in the center of the instrument panel.

If the relays are good and the fuel pump does not operate. check the fuel pump circuit. If the wiring and the connectors are
good, replace the fuel pump.
