Are you talking about the lock cylinder part that the key goes in? Or the switch under the dash at the base or the column?

Trying to locate the ignition module for chevy blazer s10 1994

Ignition module sits in the ignition distributor, remove distributor cap, there will be two elec. harness plugs, the one with two wire's is for the pick up coil, the other one is for the ignition module, just unscrew module out of distributor and install new one.

Ignition switch

You may not have to replace the switch. Try looking around the base of the steering column. You may have to remove the knee pad in order to get a better look. The ignition switch is located at the base and is anchored by two 5/16 self thread screws. Sometimes over an elongated period of time the switch can slide down out of position. Look for the original marks left by the screws and return the switch to that position. If this fails to solve your issue, than it will be necessary to change the switch. It's worth a try. Thank you, Dana

Chevrolet blazer 2004 car do not crank when ignition is turn. {speedometer} is stuck on 50/60 . when ignition is turn it jump up and down .

The problem is caused from a grounding problem. You need to look around your car for a ground wire that has come undone or hasnt been put back on (normaly black). If it happens when you crank check for ground problems around the starter and around the ignition coil and ignition switch. Has anyone done any work lately? If so look for a ground wire off where they were working.
Hope this helps

Car won't turn over, where is the ignition switch located on a 1994 s10 blazer, battery is good.when you turn the key nothing there a safty switch somewhere in steering column?

youve got to remove the steering wheel, take the locking mecanism off, then the mecanism for the signal lights off....whitch should only have a few screws.....then where the ignition switch should see a screw that looks like it goes through the switch..remove that then give the ignition switch a tug or two and it should come out
