Sounds as if you have a bad battery what happens if you try and jump the car?

ok check the main fuse box under the hood there should be a master fuse in there i think around a 50amp or so if this fuse is good then you may have a bad starter.

Check gauges light on, Temp gauge at 0, vehicle wont start.

Could be connected, but could also be two different problems.
It could be something in the key switch, or a wiring problem. Or it could be a wiring problem with the temp gauge and something else causing the engine not to start.
Do you have spark and fuel pressure at the injectors ? And does the gas gauge work ?

Tahoe 2008 wont start seems like electric static on gauges

The gauges are doing a self check. What happens when you turn the key. Is there a clicking noise. Or one click? Do the lights go dim inside the truck when you turn the key. More info please

Car wont start

Probably the battery. Try jump starting it. Check to see if you left anything on overnight (dome light, etc.)

Gauges, windows, mirrors, and radio wont work while running

This is not a typical automotive problem. This is a serious electrical issue.... maybe related to ignition switch or emission control module. I don't think you'll find a simple answer other than taking it to a dealership for service.
