Question about 2002 Toyota Camry
Sounds like you may need to replace the idle speed control motor(actual sensor)its not reading the signal from the ecu properly hope this helps you by the way this sensor is self adjusting if that doesent solve your problem then have your timing checked to make sure your still in time.
