Cds stuck in rear cd changer

I have some cds stuck in my rear cd changer. i'd like to know if i can do this fix myself and how or should do i need to take it to a car audio place to have the stuck disks removed. i've taken trunk covers of the changer and can see all the nuts i need to remove to get the changer out, but before i go ahead i'd like to know if the task should be left for the car audio repair guys.

it's an oem bose 12-disc changer system.
