How to drain radiator in 95 Chevy blazer?

It should have a petcock on the bottom rear. It is a small drain valve. Some vehicles don't have radiator drains. If you can't find the drain you can always just pull the lower radiator hose and it will drain. Watch out and be ready with a pan because the antifreeze will come out fast this way and has the potential to make a mess!

How to drain radiator coolant

Radiators usually have a valve/petcock located on the engine side of the radiator down at the bottom. Valve turns like a bolt and antifreeze coolant will drain out into your drainpan. Use care as coolant is poison and needs to be disposed of properly. After radiator has drained, retighten petcock and fill to the appropriate level.

Radiator drain plug

I didn't get much out of the video. If the radiator has a drain valve it will be on the bottom of one of the tanks.
Not all radiators have a valve. You have to remove the lower radiator hose if no valve exists.

Where is the drain valve for the radiator to flush it it out. thank you, joe.

Should be a plug at the bottom or rear of radiator or remove the lower hose.

It could be anywhere along the bottom of the radiator, and will be either a screw plug, bolt plug or a petcock (simple drain valve). Be sure you have your used coolant receptacle in place under the drain before you open it up.

Hope helped.

Locate radiator drain valve

if your having trouble seeing the drain plug, you can still drain your radiator by taking off the bottom radiator hose and let it drain into your pan.

I want to drain my radiator but can't find the drain screw

Disconnect your lower radiator hose...or open the petcock located on the lower corner of your radiator. Be sure to have your cap off.
