Question about 2005 Dodge Neon
Put a spark tester on the spark plug wire and see if there is any spark even coming to the plugs. If there isn't, you will need a qualified Tech to look at the problem...sometimes it is worth the price to have them diagnosis even if you decide to do the work latter, yourself.

SOURCE: Hi, I own a Dodge
I would be looking around for any other munching by varmits. Your ecm is under the hood. Critters could have taken out more wiring. look under battery area and ecm area for starters.

first of all check all the fuses one at a time to see if there might be some that are broken simple thing to check first, If any fuses in the engine compartment or inside the car underneath the driver peddles so two places you need to check for fuses first. second make sure the cables of car battery are clean with no acid on the connectors plus check battery to make sure it works too. If the car battery terminals have acid to put on plastic gloves so the acid does not come into contact with your hands before you clean them off but also you can buy a solution to put on the battery terminals that helps from the battery terminals from getting acid. There might be a reset switch to your vehicle so contact the Dodge dealer to see if there is one.
