Horn on my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu won't work. Fuse is good and relay is working properly. Where is the actual horn?

If its like my 99 Chevy Lumina, its behind the front bumper, passenger side. You'll have to take the whole front bumper off. Stupid I know. But thats how Chevy made them.

Where is the horn?

If it's like my 99 Chevy Lumina, it's in behind the front bumper, passenger side. I didn't know where mine was until my front bumper got ripped off. Long story.

I have a 1999 Chevy Lumina car. I had to replace my front bumper and I found this big black plastic ball like with a vacuum line attached to it. Its screwed to the front part of the wheel well, right...

It is a vacuum holding cell which is needed to feed vacuum to the heater air condioning controls inside your car. Also other vacuum related items feed off this vacuum tank

I need info on how to replace the headlamp bulbs on my 2008 Chevy Malibu, can you help.

The procedure is very involved. It requires the removal of the front bumper fascia fasteners from the center and side of the headlamp to be removed.
  1. Remove the front bumper fascia fasteners from the center and side of the headlamp to be removed, full removal of the fascia is not necessary. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
  2. Gently pull the fascia forward to allow clearance to remove the headlamp assembly.
  3. You will also need to remove some of the fasteners at the front of the inner wheel well.
  4. The Front Bumper Fascia is the plastic cover over your front bumper.
  5. You may also have to remove the plastic cover that is located under the front of the hood over the radiator. It extends to both sides.
