Question about 2002 Toyota Tundra
My harness has five wires-white, green, brown, yellow, and red. I have brake lights and signal lights, but no tail lights on my trailer. What do you think is the problem? Thanks Richard
Check to make sure you have park light power coming out of truck connector, if you do then check power at trailer lamp, may have bad bulbs, there two filaments in a bulb one for brake/signal and thr other for park lights.

Tips for a great answer:
Right Turn & Brake
Left Turn & Brake
Green- Right Turn and Brake
Yellow- Left Turn and Brake
Brown- Tail Lights
Red- Reverse (Back Up) Lights
Blue- Electric Brakes
Purple- Auxiliary Power
It sounds like your green and yello wires are shorted together somewhere along the length of the harness. I would check the wires on the trailer first. Easier yet, if you have another trailer to connec or access to another to use for testing, connect to it and see if the problem repeats; if it does the trouble is in the vehicle's wiring.
