Replacing the master cylinder should have fixed your problem. I hate to say this, but with the intermittent brake pedal going to the floor it still sounds like you have master cylinder problems. Sometimes you can get a bad new master cylinder especially if it has been the parts house shelf for a while and the seals inside and dry out so I would suggest getting a new master cylinder again and be sure to beach bleed it before installing back on your trooper.
Try that and see if it won't fix your problem, good luck

Breaks go to the floor

Then you have a massive leak somewhere as the brake peddle should not go all the way to the floor without some low break fluid indication. I would check brakes at each wheel as something isn't right or your not seeing it. Have someone pump the pedal and look to see if after the wheel is removed that the brake actually tightens and loosens. Remember that 4 wheels means 4 brakes, but master brake cylinder (where you add brake fluid) could be bad.

Replace your hose going from intake to brake booster ( vacuum leak) check all other hoses also. Clean the throttle body. And a tune up probably wont hurt either.

I am fairly certain you have a bad master cylinder. I had a chevy truck which emptied
the back bowl completely and the cause of this was a failed seal on the rear of the
master cylinder. The fluid was sucked into the engine through the power booster and
burned off while driving. If the back bowl for the rear brakes is empty, then this may
be the cause.

sounds like you need major break work. Check the pads, rotors and also the brake booster and master cylinder.

All fuses are good and bulbs tail lights even work. but no brake lights

Check the break switch under the break peddle. There sould be some kind of switch with a button on it that is always pushed untill you press the break peddle. The switch goes bad sometimes.

Bleed them again, and don't leave the bleeder open, every time the person lets up on the pedal. close on the way down and open and close next time etc. Your letting air back into the system. Don't let the master run dry.

03 Santa fe ..sometime brake peddle gos to floor .fluid pads ,rotor like new ,no fluid leaks .. any help would be great

With some abs systems the pedal will go almost to the floor if pressed hard enough. How hard are you pushing it? Is there a braking problem? If so,make sure there is no air in the system[bleed the brakes] .If the problem persists, the master cylinder may be at fault.Good Luck!

It sounds like a prob with the cable from the peddle to the intake. Also check the motor mounts! Frankster016
