Ac fan quit working - 1999 Toyota Camry

Bought this car used and it didn't have a manual with it. I was able to find one in the library and found out there is a fourth fuse box hidden behind a storage compartment on the drivers side dash. Door to the compartment has to be removed to access the fuse box which is where a blown fuse was. Thanks for the suggestions.

Under dash on right side is your blower motor, turn the fan control switch on then tap on blower motor with handle of screwdriver it looks like a black cannister. It may just have a dead spot, or may need to be replaced about 100.00 or so. Its easy to replace like 2-3 bolts.

Did your fan works in any of speeds. Tray 1,2,3,4 speeds and see if the fan works. If it doesn't work at all check fuses, and let me know

No air in front but i have air in rear is there a belt in front ??

Can you hear the front ac/heater fan? They use the same AC compressor so that should be okay. The fan switches fail quite often on those. That controls how much air is pushed by the fan for AC, heat and defrost. The switch is attached to the fan knob on the dash.

Probably need an automotive electrician to find out why the fans don't work. When AC is on, the AC fan should be on constantly. Coolant has to get quite hot for the regular radiator fan to come on, but sounds like the fans are the problem.

1995 chev tahoe...AC quit working. fan would

There is a resistor panel that controls the fan speeds behind the glove box on the dash. You remove the glove box and you will see the airbox. Sitting down in the left top, with 2 screws holding it in, will be the resistor panel. It consists of 4 springs and a resistor. All out of veiw, inside the airbox. Remove the 2 screws and unplug the plug. Pull out the old resistor and replace with the new one. It only cost around $15-20 bucks at the local auto part store. This will get your fan blowing. If your fan is blowing but the air is not cold, I would suggest to check and see if the compressor clutch is working properly. If not, try giving it a light tap while running. If it is working, you may want to recharge your freon.

Heat/ac fan doesn't work

go to the ac fan resistor first - then check the fan itself (put 12 v), remove climate control and check plug for shortage-melted wires
