Question about 1995 Eagle Talon
On my 95 Talon the fuel pump relay is on firewall, upper driver side, right by brake fluid reservoir. ASD relay is beside it. I went through entire fueling system and wiring on my car and that's where it is on ESi. Mine is manual but the automatic has another relay by these two others. The fuel pump is under back right seat. Pop out bottom with two pull out clips in each side of the bottom. After removal you will see the wire harness setup. Remove bolts and listen to pump when you turn key to on, not starting. If you don't hear a clear buzz/hum noise coming from it then it's not running but could be pump or relay. On mine I have a hot wire setup from ignition switch to pump, although unhooked up at present, but just in case of emergency I can hook up. This is also a way of testing pump and relays. 12v
