Question about 2003 Ford E250

I have no sway bar on my 89' Ford F-150 4X4

I recently had my tie rod break on my old F-150 and i was looking at my other F-150 and realized that it had a stablizer bar installed while my other did not. i wondered if they came without or if my truck was chop shoped while i was out of town because i saw what looked like torch marks on the cars suspension.

Many older Ford trucks with lower trim levels did not have rear sway bars. I have an 87 Ranger XLT that has a rear sway bar, my one buddy has an 88 XL without one. Both truck suspensions are stock.

How do the sway bar links and tie rods relate? Or are they completely different?

A sway bar is mounted on the chassis and most times connected to the bottom control arm on the front. They control the roll of the vehicle when cornering.
A tie rod is the bar that goes between the steering rack or drag link and the steering arm. Tie rods are a part of the steering, all cars have tie rods while not all cars have sway bars.

Sway bar rubbing on tie rods

Usually suspension lifts utilize longer sway bar links or relocates the sway bar lower to accommodate the change in distance between lower control arms and the frame.

Is the any parts to grease on my 2005 escape in the front end

There shouldn't be any tie rods or ball joints to grease, unless they have been replaced. Many aftermarket parts come with grease fittings, including the sway bar links, lower ball joints and outer tie rods.
