Question about 1997 Plymouth Neon
1. check fuse, 2. relay, 3. fan switch, 3. motor it self. 4. connector
If 1, 2 and 4 check out, have the switch check using volts/ohms meter to see is faulty or not, do the same to the motor. any motor or the switch, check on ebay, very cheap and dont get it from a dealer as they have 100% mark up on the parts. hope that help some
