Go to Autozone, ask for their help--they will select the correct parts AND install them--charging only for the parts. They do lots of minor things like this to help their customers.

First check the wiper fuse then check the relay by turning wipers to on position and listen for the relay to click if it clicks its good.If they are good then turn the ignition and wiper switches on and check for 12 volts at the wiper motor. If you 12 volts then the wiper motor is faulty.Replace motor.

How to take off the rear windsheild wiper on a 94 grand cherokee

You will need a 13-inch wiper blade for the rear window. 1 - When removing the wiper blade lift the wiper arm away from the window. ----- 2 - With one hand holding the wiper arm press the small tab on the underside of the wiper blade where it meets the wiper arm. ----- 3 - Slide the wiper blade off of the arm by pulling the center toward the bottom of the arm.----- 4 - Lightly lay the wiper arm on the window.----- 5 - Prepare your new wiper blade by taking the curved part of the plastic clip and line it up with the curve of your wiper arm. ----- 6 - Lift the wiper arm and press it through the center of the wiper blade up and over the plastic clip. 7 - Pull the wiper blade up until it clicks. Place the arm back on the window.

I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee and need to find the right size rear wiper blade. The arm hook is small (I believe it said 9mm??) and the wipers I've tried in the past do not stay attached. Please...

This year and also 2004 grand cherokees have this problem because you are getting a blade for an 02, this wiper blade must be gotten from the dealer. theres something about the design of it that holds it on. i will bet if you go to the dealer and buy one that you will not have a problem.also the price is not bad.good day.

Remove rear wiper arm 1995 jeep cherokee

on some of these models, there is a plastic piece made into the wiper arm, remove the plastic piece, and arm should be able to be brought backwards, if no plastic piece is there, then you press onto a small plastic clip that is on the wiper arm, and push wiper blade downward, this should release the wiper blade.

How to change rear wiper blade on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo? I bought a reagular replacement blade but it appears that a special blade is needed. I think the plastic arm piece on the wiper arm...

Yes, the wiper is a two piece wiper. Can not be bought at Walmart.
One piece is bolted to the Jeep. The other section has the wiper attachted.
You have to get this at the Jeep dealer or on line. The complete wiper assembly is about $38.00 or $17.00 for the wiper, with the broken tip.
I have a 2006 Grand Cherokee and that happen to me also.

if you lift the whole wiper off screen as far as it goes then you will be able to rotate the whole wiper 180 degrees round the main arm. you should see a small plastic tab between the two parts which look remarkably like a u shape.this should depending on how long it is since last change. aloow you to slide blade and housing towards the screen to feed out of the side.

1993 jeep cherokee country series--replace windshield wipers

Are trying to remove the blade or the arms?

The arms are released by holding the wiper blade fully extended away from the winshield and wiggle the arms off.

The blades are removed by a little tab where the blade hooks to the arm, using a small screwdriver push down on tab,and slide blade off arm but do not let arm slap windshield as it could crack it,I have seen people pull and the blades suddenly come off and the arm slaps down, yor can put a towel or cloth down where the arm sits against the windshield to prevent the possibilty of the arm slapping down.

Can't get wiper blades off to replace them

usually they are a clip type, and you have to push some thing down, then slide it out, its actually usually pretty difficult to do, its to complicated to just describe, so you might have some one from like your local napa or schuucks help you out, but if all else fail, just break the old ones off without breaking the wiper arm, which isn't a difficult task do to the wiper being plastic, and the arm being metal, but since you have new ones it won't hurt to break the old ones.
