Try to trickle charge it four about five hours then see if it"ll crank over. put on bike check voltage should read 12.6v...then start engine and rev up to 3000rpm and watch with the meter the voltage will spike up to about 13,5 to 14v and then will quickly drop down to 13v. this means the regulator is doing it job.
