Everything has power except the far left hand row of fuses
Check your fuse links down at the starter. It sounds like one is blown.

Instrument Panel Fuse Block
The instrument panel fuse block access door is
located on the driver's side edge of the instrument
The fuse is marked
"AUX PWR" That is the 2nd fuse from the top in the far left row of fuses, the fuse above it is marked "REAR SEAT".
