Lots of stuff could be wrong, did you do normal maintainence to the vehicle? Did it start running ok again? Do you have a check engine light on? Give something to work with.

No oil pressure when hot

I am assuming you are going by the oil pressure gauge or warning light on the dash. If so, the first thing to do is have the oil pressure checked with a mechanical gauge to make sure the pressure really is low.
If you are hearing noise in the engine and the pressure really is low, could be a faulty oil pump, clogged pickup screen, or worn bearings.

Where is the oil pressure sensor lacted on a 1996 s10 2.2 Pickup

How much below 30 is it dropping? Oil pressure when in DRIVE at idle on a hot engine, is NORMAL at around 18 to 20 Psi. The warning lamp does not come on until around 7 Psi.

With that said, the oil pressure switch (for the light) is located on the lower left front of the engine. The fuel pump oil pressure switch and sender (for the gauge and fuel pump operation) is on the lower right front of the engine.

What a/c system did the 1988 gmc s15 pickup use? do i need to worry about messing with freon?

it used r-12 and the system should be evacuated, different oil put into the system and new fittings installed on the low and high pressure ports, then filled with 134a-use a little less than what the r12 capacity calls for as well.

Oil pressure on my new 2010 Sierra does not exceed 30 psi except when cold.

newer engines require less oil pressure by design and this is within the normal range as long as the idle pressure hot is at least 15 PSI, remember producing high oil pressure requires energy and reduces fuel millage.

Oil pressure dropping after about 2 hrs running time mainly during a stoplight

first up.Is the oil recently changed.2nd is it the right type..3rd.Oil pressure will drop down when the engine is idling. If, when you give the engine a rev and the pressure builds straight back up,there is not a problem. Its normal.Cold oil will always give a higher pressure than hot oil.Check these few things and I hope this helps
