Does anybody know where I can find a color coded wiring diagram for a 1983 Ford F-100 or 150?

Try a library for a repair manual. That may not help, pretty hard to find fuse block wiring off a diagram. Find this truck at a salvage yard, take the fuse block off with wires cut way back so you can see color of the wires.

What could make a 1990 5.0 lose fire

Most likely the IGN Module in the Distributer.. it is the thing that the wires are attached to under the distributer, usually gray in color.. could be the coil, could be not getting a 12v single from the ign switch to the coil.

1976 ford van ,no brake lights, I tested the brake light swt. it is good but i need to know the colors that come out of the signal swt. for the brake lights

this is off a 1983 model, might be the wire power from brake light switch into turn signal switch, coming out is green/orange wire, left wire, right brake.

No spark i changed ignition control module, pickup coil, coil, cap, and rotor still nothing and the rotor turns

DId you check your distributer out? Not the Cap but the main distributer itself.

I have a 1983 Chevy S-10 and have recently replaced the coil and the spark module. I still have no spark. I do however have power to my coil but not to my distributer what do i do?

Is your coil separate from the distributor or in the top of the cap? Check the wires on the pickup coil inside the distributor and make sure they are intact.
