Question about 1998 Pontiac Sunfire
It sounds like a tempature sensor, but you need to go to one of the auto part stores that do free computer sensor test. Autozone is pretty reliable. AAMCO transmission also does free computer test. If it runds fine while normal driving and just stopps when you stop then its most likely not the engine, but could be a fuel filter. Also could be a injector going bad. Like I said especially on Cadi's you have to run a computer check on it. Everything is run buy a computer, you even have a computer that tells the transmission what to do.
