They pop out. Pry bar does it. Start with a screwdriver if needed. Doing it on the ground is a pain. You may want to remove the axle bracket. And the axle from the wheel bearing.

It could be the computer. It could be a relay or something in the wiring harness too.
You would need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures to find the problem.
You need to know if the coil assembly and injectors are getting power from the ASD relay, and if the computer is getting signals from the cam and crank sensors.

Mi 1997 dodge intrepid jerks at 65 to 70 milles ,what can that be?

The engine and transmission in this cars drivetrain are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s)

Removing right cv axel

The axle is held into the transmission by an internal round "circlip" snapring, to release this the first time is difficult. What you must do is pull straight out on the axle in a fast snapping motion, however you create this snapping motion is up to you and what you have on had to put over the axle shaft, it most be very fast and very hard and straight out motion, if not it will not release from the tranmssion.

Do i need any special tools too replace the gears

it does require some special equipment. most likely have the 9.25 axle in the truck which has adjusters on both sides of the differential that are threaded in the housing. these require a special tool to adjust and set proper backlash. also helpful to have a press with bearing pullers/installers. need a dail indicator to set backlash also

Lower radiator hose romoval on 1997 Dodge Intrepid

if it is the "pinch" style clamp you will need a pair of hose clamp pliers that are made for that type of clamp. they make some that use bicycle brake cables for better reach. you can get it at a auto parts store like pep boys or kragen. those clamps are a pain in the a$$ but with the right tools you can get to it without removing any components

its easier and less trouble some if you have the right tools but it can be done with a screw driver and a pair of Needle nose pliers. Use fineness.
