Depends but it possible you have a bad injector. Could be bad plug, wire or coil. You have to a few things to eliminate.

Check your Coil Block is ok, If not, Replace Coil, Leads and Plugs.
If you have Platinum Plugs there is a Silicone grease to apply to the Insulator to prevent HT (Hight Tension) Tracking.
You have to cover all the basics first. Without seeing it in real life it is impossible to be certain. Make a friend of a good Mechanic!!

Ive seem many cracked spark plugs there not nesesarely broken when there installed, but some how the spark tracks down the insulator and makes a miss fire ,could be a etch in the wire boot that cause this ,or a high resistant wire, keep it simple, the insulator has a track etched right in to it ,only looks cracked

Could be the MAF sensor. I would try scanning for codes, although sometimes the MAF sensor does not show up on scanner. sounds like the MAF to me.

Noisy engine

could be a timing problem or worse case scenario bad cam and lifters. But I would start with putting the car on the computer and
make sure all your sensores are working right first.
