Depending which accuator you may have to remove the heater box. You can access free repair manuals online @ google ebooks and autozone.com

replace the blower motor resistor located on the heater box were the blower motor is located the wiring to the blower may go to it. This is very easy to locate if you buy the part first.

I'm trying to replace the heater vent control arms on my pickup. The air only comes out of the defroster. I have the part I just don't know how to put it on.

its not the arms it sounds like the air control accuator. This is located i believe under the dash on the drivers side. Its just 2 or 3 5.5mm bolts holding it on.

How to replace a heater core in a 1994 chevy 1500

As with all vehicles it seems the first part that they build around is the heater core. It is under the dash above the floor housed in a black plastic sealed box. Sealed with goop. Locate that box and start removing everything around it that is peventing taking the cover off. Of course disconnect the heater hoses under the hood a thefirewall.

Warning it is never as easy as it sounds.

Clutch needs to be adjusted on 1995 Chevy 2500 Pickup

You might still have a little air in the system, try bleeding it one more time. There isn't any adjustment like on a cable clutch system.
