Question about Chevrolet Chevy
There are several things to look at. The engine could have incorrect ignition timing or excessive play in the distributor shaft. It could have a bad rotor, distributor cap or wires. Your spark plugs may not be gapped properly. Bad carburetor or fuel injection system. It could be a bad coil that works intermittently. Did you check the transmission fluid level? The fuel filter could be clogged. Last but not least the car could have low compression. I would have the engine computer analyized so that you could narrow the problem down quickly.
