looking at the front of the engine with cylinder heads on the left and right, the left side is 1-2-3-4 front to back and the right side is 5-6-7-8, if 8 cyl and 1-2-3, 4-5-6 for a 6 cyl

Distributor firing order for 351ci 5.8L mod for 1977 ford f-150


1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 clockwise, dist should marked where the #1 wire goes.
