The wiring harness in the drivers side door heats up when trying to raise and lower the drivers window. all other windows work fine without heating up. the wires heated up and melted at the harness before...

The window motor is whats drawing all the power due to worn brushes in the window motor.......It needs more power to work properly..........The switch only makes a close cercuict for the power to pass through.......If the motor needs more power to operate propperly it will draw it and cause an over voltage in the system which it can't use fast enough as it should ............Hope this helps.

NO COLD ON PASS SIDE A/C - DRIVER SIDE WORKS OK

Your truck has blend door actuators that go bad. each side has them . giving you the problem that you have. and in some cases the actual a/c control mod goes bad. Putting the truck on a scanner at the dealer ship they can look at each blend door and comand each one to open and close and find out witch one is not working. or you can buy the pass side blend door actuator / motor the one for the a/c heat blend door and replace your self its not to bad to get to on pass side. you can have them print you out a diagram when you buy it.

HEATER CONTROL BLOWS COLD ON RIGHT SIDE & HOT ON THE LEFT. WHEN I TURN ON THE HEATER I TURN THE PASSENGERS SIDE TO FULL HEAT & I GET FULL COLD; AS FOR THE DRIVERS SIDE ALL IS FINE AND DANDY.

your pass side blend door actuator is stuck. sometimes unhooking battery for a few minutes will allow them to reset. cut on heat then unhook when you hook back up and start vehicle the actuators will relearn themselves meaning they will move from one end to the other. if this does not work it will need to be replaced
