Question about 2000 Nissan Maxima
Check the wire harness for the seat control, just unscrew the seat control and pull out the circuit board, the wire harness might be grounding on the seat metal. You should also check to see if theres a broken circuit on the board, if so you will have to do some soldering. Thats what i did. GOOD LUCK
