Question about 2003 Hyundai Accent
Hi from uk make sure you push pump nozzle fully in tank filler as there is a flap just below filler that has to be opened fully to allow fuel to flow unrestricted ?? also considering age of vehicle ? check under the wheel arch along side of fuel filler pipe you will see a hose attached alongside ? make sure this is not kinked or blocked up at its lower end this hose is the ventilation for fuel tank ie as you put fuel into tank you also displace air from tank there for if air vent is blocked ? fuel will be restricted fro flowing hence pump shuts off ? the pipe vent is subjected to dirt from roadway and rain spray due to its location and usually blockage is with hardened mud over time ? hope this helps ? best wishes from n/west uk
