Out of the blue, my van stalls and won't start for a long time cranking it over. Just changed my fuel filter, and oil, it 's still stalling out from time to time.

It could be many things.
When the engine crank but won't start
Retrieve PCM faulty code if any.
Engine need 3 things (Fuel, Air, Fire (spark)
1- Fuel = fuel pump working during the problem you can hear a sound at the fuel tank cap (remove)
All Fuel Injectors working.(Power and the spray).
2- Air = MAF defect (Mass Air Flow) no code will be set
When the engine is running with a screwdriver lightly hit the MAF the engine will stall if it's the problem.

3- Fire= Is there spark at all spark plugs wire?
Find out the ground of power windows it could be the same as fuel pump or ignition system (Ground corrosion, high resistor)

The mechanics right on tract,If you have a misfire,you would depending on the severity misfire,run rough and stall but restart,within a short time.Because it is a s fuel pump a sufficient amount of pressure is not maintained and at the same time is being consumed ,causes you to hesitate then stall. Your pump being electical and in the tank is being intermittent, a replacement is what you going to need.
Smell of the oil,to see if the fuel injector(spider)is leaking into the crank case,if so,the intake will have to be removed to repair the problem,oh,and change the oil.
hi your problem is the electric fuelpump in the tank after replaceing it try not to let the truck get below a quarter of a tank on fuel as this will cause overheating of the pump and premature failure of the pump. don
if it stalls and start right away without long crank time more likely you have ignition spark cutting out.this vans are notorious for ecm failing to ground contorol.if it is a 3.3 or 3.8 V6 very common problem. check for spark at a plug wire when stalles and if no spark replace ecm.i hope i was helpful. please rate me.
